Melissa is a native Californian who maximized life as a Navy family and traveled the world before settling down in the Washington area. She graduated from The University of Maryland with a Business Degree and worked for a Boston residential developer before joining Compass.

Managing her military family through eight moves and several home purchases and sales, Melissa understands the complexities involved in moving and works hard to make her clients’ experiences enjoyable while guiding them to a successful settlement. As a Realtor®, Melissa is passionate about the details of the transaction, the needs and goals of her clients, and protecting their interests.

Active in her church, the mother of two teenagers, and married for 20 years, Melissa stays busy in her free time. Among her favorite activities are international travel, playing volleyball, reading a great book, and most importantly, moments spent with family and friends.

Julianne Pennypacker

Julianne Pennypacker grew up in Hampton Roads, Virginia, and fell in love with the DC Area when she moved here in 2010 to attend George Mason University. She currently resides in McLean, VA with her husband and their cat. She has a passion for real estate and enjoys coordinating with agents and clients to facilitate a smooth transaction. In her spare time she likes to travel, spend time with family and friends, and is an avid reader.

Jamie Turner
Marketing Manager

A graduate of the University of Michigan’s Dearborn College of Business, Jamie brings a dual background in real estate and digital marketing to the team. A newer resident of the DMV, Jamie is the team’s voice behind the scenes. She works hard to showcase each agent’s individuality in an authentic way and share the team’s unique and “Small But Mighty” brand as a whole. Jamie is a treasure trove of strange DC facts, loves exploring the area’s museums, and takes advantage of the warm weather with her spouse and three dogs.
