When you are ready, we will help you structure the best offer possible, negotiate all terms, counter offers, and help formalize and sign your contract. 

5. Home Inspection & Appraisal
We will recommend licensed home inspectors, coordinate appraisal, and negotiate terms depending on what deficiencies come up. 

6. Title and Settlement
Our in-house transactions team will coordinate the title work and settlement details and assist you through closing. 

7. Closing
